Following extensive trial and testing, we have adopted a 4-point plan of attack using our unique and effective products. The Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ products are 100% organic and environmentally friendly, making them kind and gentle to staff and patients alike, whilst being highly effective in de-odourising bedrooms and communal rooms. This 4-point plan helps you, as the Care Home operator, to meet the Care Standards Act 2000, vis-a-vis the following section of the standard:

26.1: The premises are kept clean, hygienic and free from offensive odours throughout and systems are in place to control the spread of infection, in accordance with relevant legislation and published professional guidance.

1. Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ Deep Clean Servicing

A highly excited and thermally heated DRY FOGGED gas, creates substantial air movement combined with release of +ve charged agents into the sealed interior. Millions of 1 micron sized agents are released, penetrating deep into the materials present, giving them the full “5D” sanitising effect.

2. Odour Killer & Refreshed Aromas + Light Air Sanitisation System

Designed to utilise the NEW Odour Killer & Refresh liquids which are available in Lemon Fresh and Cool & Minty fragrances. The unit is portable, quiet and can be positioned either in the rooms or outside in the corridors providing a soothing, calming breeze. The Refresh liquids contain our natural fragrance aromas and the Biobreez™ sanitising agent, providing a fresh and pleasing fragrance throughout the Care Home.

This removes many offensive odours, especially the incontinence-related odours, without the harmful burnt oils or chemical type residues associated from common plug-in module and chemical sprays.

3. Lemon Fresh/Mint Menthol High Sanitiser & Odour Killer Sprays

Designed for immediate application following conventional cleanup of sickness, urine, or other soiling on carpets, soft furnishings, and hard surfaces, the active Biobreez™ agents will work for at least 24hrs, destroying any bacteria together with the offensive odour. The sprays can be applied directly over any strong chemical disinfectants commonly used eg. bleach, Domestos, etc. in total safety.

4. Bio-Oasis™ with Micro-fibre Cleaning & Buffing Cloths

Bio-Oasis™ is a waterless product that has a powerful ALL-in-1 deep cleaning and lifting action, combined with a Carnauba wax micro protective surface layer and the Biobreez™ active agent. The product can either be sprayed directly onto heavy ingrained deposits or applied via the micro-fibre cleaning cloth. The active Biobreez™ agents provide 24hr anti bacterial actions. Suitable for areas with frequent human contact, such as door handles and fascias, window handles, toilet grab rails, emergency call pads, telephones etc.
