Health & Safety Information - Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ Anti-microbial sanitiser & high end disinfection service The Ingredients All ingredients used in the REFRESH SOLUTION are selected as ones known to have been used safely in numerous skin products. All compounds on which the active agents are built are also used safely in the food industries and have been for many decades. Therefore all the individual ingredients have highest safety profiles. The BioBreez™ active agents which are incorporated into the Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ range are free of any flammable solvents, halides and phenols. Under COSHH guidelines employers are required to replace hazardous substances as soon as viable alternatives are available. In the view of most Health and Safety personnel who have examined the active agents used in our Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ range, that time has arrived: at last the disinfectants containing hazardous substances can now be replaced. The Formulation The active High Level Disinfectant agent BioBreez™ has been used in hospital ward environments for two years without any reports of problems. In fact numerous staff, cleaners and even patients tried to seek out the active ingredients used in BioBreez™ to purchase for use in their own home. Eco Smart Organics formulation adds a preservative to use it as a liquid, building it into our Bio-Oasis™ cleaning & protection product range, as well as our new anti-bacterial sprays, spot cleaner & air fresheners. The Deployment The total safety built in to the Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ range now means that for the first time it is possible to both sanitise and achieve high level disinfection using an airborne fogged DRY GAS. Previously chemical products were used which were highly toxic, requiring long waiting periods and in some cases, extensive interior preparation prior to a safe usage, such as moving delicate electronic hospital diagnostic machines, due to the corrosive nature of products used. It is important to recognise that the Odour Killer & Sanitiser™ range has been designed, trialled and tested in order to prove that it is fully safe and compliant with all electrical equipment, with no corrosive or harmful side effects in its fogged deployment.
